The following which had been held over from the May 10, 1997,                  
supplemental calendar (page 1840), was read the second time:                   
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 130                                                           
"An Act amending the retirement incentive programs for                        
municipalities and school districts; and providing for an effective

Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
SB130 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed            
on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
